My partner and I was in the mood to go on an adventure and explore some areas of Oregon we hadn’t yet visited. We found ourselves at Alsea Falls in Oregon.
Of course I took my new Sony A7IV with me. However, I do not yet have a wide angle lens. So, the Tamron 70-180 would be the only lens I could use.
I didn’t think things all the way through and did not bring a tripod. When shooting waterfalls and attempting to get the smooth, silky, look, a tripod is desired. I ended up shooting hand held and was surprised I was able to hold the camera steady enough to come away with some images I liked.
Our time there was short. But, there are plans to continue our Oregon out door adventures.
